Purpose and scope of the procedure:
The aim of this procedure created by UKHE Consultants Ltd. is to ensure consistent and fair treatment for all its employees. The term ‘Employees’ includes Consultants, Full-time and Part-time staff and Trainees. It is non-contractual and sets out how issues of employee standards of conduct, attendance and job performance are dealt with.
